The real estate division of Studhalter International Group, Swiss international Real Estate Portfolio AG (SWIREP), carried out a capital increase at the end of June 2021. The equity was increased by CHF 4 million to CHF 10 million in order to further expand and continuously grow the portfolio. SWIREP invests in directly held real estate and focuses on commercial and (upscale) residential properties in various stages of development(primarily in central Switzerland).
